Gensets Are Having Governing Class A2 & Radiator Cooling Arrangement. |
(i) Resistive (Load) Type A.C.Generators Are Made
of M.S. body & Are Double Ball Bearing Type. These Are Self Excited, Drip
Prrof, Screen Protected & Self Ventilated. Class of Winding is 'F' & Are
Diode Type. The Degree of Protection is IP21. Voltage regulation is +/- 10%
Resistive (Load) Type Diesel Gensets Are Suitable For Light Duty / Low Torque
Load Applications Such As Lightening, Electric Fans & Other Light Duty
Domestic Loads etc...
(ii) Inductive (Load) Type A.C.Generators Are
Made of Aluminium body & Are Double Ball Bearing Type. These Are Self
Excited, Drip Proof, Screen Protected & Self Ventilated. Class of Winding is
'H' & Are Transformer Type. The Degree of Protection is IP23. Voltage
regulation is +/- 5%
Brushless with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) Type A.C. Generators Instead of
Transformer Type A.C. Generators Can Also Be Made Available With Voltage
Regulation +/- 1%.
Inductive (Load) Type Diesel Gensets Are Suitable For Heavy Duty / High Torque
Load Applications Such As For Running Electric Motors, Submersible Pumpsets,
Air-Conditioners etc...
For Any Type of Long Duration High Torque Load, Technically Different
Specification & Site conditions, Diesel Genset Has To Be Selected
Accordingly. For Such Application Kindly contact US for Right Selection.
(iii) These A.C.Generators / Welding Generators Are Suitable For Running Under
Ambient Temperature Less Than 40 Degree & Altitude Less Than 1000 Metres.
(iv) In Case, Resistive Or Inductive Type Genset
Is Mounted On Rubber Wheel Trolley Instead Of M.S.Base Frame, The Additional
Nett / Gross Weight Will Be As Under :
(a) For Genset With 1/2 cylinder Engine Mounted On 4 Rubber Wheel Trolley 15 kgs.
